Thank you for shopping with Timber & Twine Studio. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched from our studio in Birkenhead, UK.

If we experience a high volume of orders or any delays beyond the stated processing time, we will notify you by email and keep you updated.

Shipping Timeframes

We currently ship both within the UK and internationally:

• UK Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days after dispatch.
• International Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 1–10 business days, depending on destination and local postal services.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any available shipping options and rates will be shown before you complete your purchase.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
